Shipping policy

SP.1 Shipping coverage

Steelman H12/24 Race™ offers domestic and international shipping. See the list of areas served and the related costs in section SP.10.

All shipments within Italy are made with 24h/72h express couriers. For islands and remote areas, delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days.

SP.2 Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated for particular products or during periods of high demand. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SP.3 Order tracking

When we prepare your order's shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment; you will also find it on the order's page in your account. Tracking becomes active at the courier's first scan, usually within one business day.

SP.4 Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. General estimates are below:

• Domestic express shipping: 1–3 business days (Italy)
• International express shipping: 3–7 business days

SP.5 Shipping costs

Shipping fees depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping is free when the products in the cart, excluding shipping, reach €100.00 for Italy and €150.00 for all other countries.

SP.6 Liability and customs duties

Steelman H12/24 Race™ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays or logistical issues. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes and other charges applied by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid separately.

SP.7 Incorrect shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Steelman H12/24 Race™ is not responsible for undelivered or delayed shipments due to incomplete or incorrect information. If you realize you have provided the wrong address, contact customer service immediately at support@steelmanh24race.com so we can try to correct the error before the order ships.

SP.8 Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact customer service at support@steelmanh24race.com as soon as possible. We will help you contact the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or a refund based on the specific circumstances.

SP.9 Refused or failed deliveries

If delivery of an order is refused or cannot be completed because the recipient is absent or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to Steelman H12/24 Race™. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional fees.
